ok .. so i didn't exactly come right home from work yesterday and eat all the big cupcakes .. we had to do a little measuring in the yard .. and then we needed to pack .. we leave for austin on monday .. i wanted to eat cupcakes .. but i just didn't have time ..
but not to worry .. i stayed home on sunday and ate cupcakes ... these .. oh my .. there is a rich and creamy chocolate center .. and it is all topped off with a white chocolate kiss .. oh baby ...
this is a perfectly simple chocolate cupcake .. the chocolate is just perfect .. not to bitter .. not to sweet .. and the icing .. is smooth and delicious ..
these are sherri's speciality .. margarita cupcakes .. the icing has a hint of lime to it .. and yes .. just like the real margarita .. i could have about a dozen of these as well .. and no headache in the morning .. a belly ache yes .. but not a head ache ..
peanut butter .. oh man .. who would have ever thought that a peanut butter cupcake could taste this good .. the icing has just a hint of peanut butter to it so it is not overwhelming .. and to top it off .. a tiny nutter butter cookie ..
not to worry .. my first and most favorite love .. my beloved oreos have not been replaced .. you can never replace an oreo .. but these cupcakes .. they are a close second ..

oh, Claremore is a mere 15 minutes away.... but I bought a dress for Lance's wedding and its snug.... but that is in February and that still gives me time!!!!
