disney and the castle ..

ellie has been talking about going to disney world for as long as i can remember .. we kept telling her .. when you are 7 .. and of course .. the day that she turned 7 and everyday since then .. she has been reminding us .. dad you said that when i was 7 we could go to disney world .. all i can say is thank goodness the polaris dealer show was in orlando .. we got up early and got moving so that we could be at disney the minute they opened .. kinda sounds like the griswalds doesn't it ..

i will say that it is highly organized chaos there .. i had to take a picture of where we parked just so that we could remember when we were ready to leave .. or passed out from heat stroke ..whichever came first ..

so we parked the hamster car and jumped on the tram that then took us to the waiting ferry that then took us across the lake to magic kingdom .. and cinderella's castle ..

and there it is .. all 7 years of little ellie's life .. she has wanted to see where cinderella lives .. and she was not disappointed .. not at all ..

and to keep cash happy .. we boarded the train that took us through the magic kingdom .. we thought that we would take the train to the very back of the park and walk our way forward ..

first stop .. mickey and minnie's houses .. and look .. me .. in a picture .. with my children .. on a family workcation .. i do exist ..

and who knew that minnie was a bq to ..

enough with all that cash says .. lets race some cars .. so we did .. all over the place ..

and twirled in tea cups until we almost threw up ..

look .. me again .. and yes .. it was magical .. i could hear ellie's heart pounding with excitement as she stood there and looked at the castle .. and dreamed all those cinderella dreams that little girls dream .. for that reason alone i would tolerate the 100 degree heat and the sweat rolling down my back and my sun burned neck all over again .. in an instant .. cash did not share this emotion with us .. he wanted to ride the roller coaster again and drive the race cars ..

and to top it all off .. a little fairy dust on our head ..
