last night we had a sleepover .. actually our first sleepover ..
the girls made a pallet on the floor of the living room ..
they laid there for hours and giggled and giggled .. i love this sound .. there is something about little girls and their giggles .. sweet laughter .. laughter that doesn't know about the big girl world yet ..
i can see it in my head .. their little glitter polished fingernails cupping around each others ears telling jokes and secrets .. talking about wishes and dreams .. about their dolls and babies ..
they would giggle giggle and then you would hear them say shhhh .. this went on until 1 or so ..
when i got up at 7 to get ready for work i went into the living room to check on them ..
just sure that they would be zonked out ..
but they were already up .. dressed and ready to go .. they went outside and played some more ..
at 7 in the morning ..
all i can say is .. they will so need a nap this afternoon ..
