Woodward Park .. with Cash

every year the kids and i go to woodward park and take pics when the flowers are in their full glory .. so last friday while cash and i were waiting for jeff and ellie to join us in tulsa cash and i stopped by the park  .. when we start he is always ready .. the promise of sticking his feet in the water at the end always keeps him motivated .. he is not the "stand by the pretty flowers and look at me kind of kid" .. he is the "i wish i had brought my back hoe and dump truck so i could play in all this dirt" kind of kid ..

i am able to get 2 or 3 decent pictures out of 186 ..  i was thrilled .. really all i need is 1 .. 1 decent photo where he is wearing a non truck shirt and does not have dirt all over his face and he has shoes on his feet .. not asking for a lot here ..

so now the "i am done" mood sets in .. he is wondering to himself .. i wonder if my mom sees that i have my finger up my nose ... yes cash i do .. and take it out .. he also does not like his sandals .. they are "girl shoes" he says .. i am going to give them to ellie .. no cash .. these are your "date shoes" .. well i don't like them mom .. well to bad .. they hurt my heel .. see .. come on .. lets go find the water ..

notice the shoes are off .. and he is really not much happier .. but .. what can a mom do .. ok .. cash come on .. lets walk back toward the car and go get a coffee and a chocolate milk ..

and off he went .. in a much happier mood ..
