my day .. their day

i start my day checking into headquarters to

pick up my walkie talkie and get my daily incident report ..

after that i head to string lake and patrol the shore line and stare at the mountains

 and educate the park visitors about bears and bear safety and stare at the mountains ..

meanwhile ..

jeff and the kids rode their bikes to the library and enrolled in the

summer reading program ..

they hike ..

they tube in the river behind our house 

yes it's cold ..

very very cold .. 

they ride their bikes ..

we are day 3 into our 8 week summer vacation ..

and i wouldn't change one thing about any of it
