books and beds ..

this is ellie's bed .. 

it ALWAYS has books stacked up on it .. usually on both ends .. 

she is reading all of these at the moment .. 

this is cash's bed .. 

usually he has hot wheels and whatever little treasures

 he has picked up from the last parking lot that we were in ..

but not anymore ..

he has BOOKS !!!

and he reads them .. every night .. under his little hanging camping light ..

and no i do not tell him to turn off his camping light and go to sleep .. 

i tell him to read as long as his little eyes will stay open .. 

he tells me in the morning .. oh mom you won't believe what fly guy did last night ..

between bites of cookie crisp i hear all about it ..

i am thrilled that my day starts this way !!!
