granny and grandpa left this morning for tennessee .. they will be back in 8 days ..
my children are not happy about granny and grandpa being gone for 8 days .. cash is mostly upset because grandpa took the freightliner .. and granny for that matter .. he was hoping that his daddy would take him to school in the new big red truck on monday ..
in 1 day ellie will be 9 ..
in 31 days cash will be 5 ..
in 35 days i will run the new york city marathon ..
i have to go now ..
i have to take one last look at ellie while she is still just 8 ..
i have to mark today off on my marathon count down calendar ..
and i have to eat an oreo just because
good night ..
